We understand emergencies arise, however 24 hours notice is appreciated when canceling an appointment. Cancellation fees are to be determined by 43 East Staff.
Most major credit cards/Venmo are accepted.
Cash and checks accepted with proper ID. There will be additional fees for returned checks.
Our hair services have a two week guarantee from date of service. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us so we can accommodate you.
43 East Salon does not issue refunds.
We will gladly exchange any slightly used hair product from 43 East Salon for another product. This must be within a 2 week time period from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
We love kids. Please be sure to supervise them. Children should remain in the designated waiting areas unless they are having a service done.
